CONTEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The High Rollers Race (“Contest”) is organised, operated and sponsored by ClickDealer Ltd (“we”, “the Company”), website, whose registered office is at Quijano Chambers, P. O. Box 3159, Road Town, Tortola, BVI. Being enrolled in the Company Affiliate Program, you are able to become a Participant (“Participant”) of the Contest within Contest time frames and win the ticket to Las Vegas, USA for the Affiliate Summit West 2018 and/or other awards (see Clause 3 “Prizes”).

When enrolled in the Contest you must fully comply with Affiliate Terms and Conditions. In the event of non-compliance, we reserve the right to exercise discretion in authorizing Contest participation and benefits. There is no entry fee to enter the Contest. The number of Participants is unlimited. Do not participate in this Contest if you are not eligible (as described hereinafter).

This Contest shall be construed according to, and governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales. By enrolling in the Contest, the Participant indicates that they agree to be bound by these Contest Terms and Conditions, including changes, and consents to us collecting and using their personal information in accordance with our Privacy Commitment.

1. Privacy Commitment

We commit ourselves to maintain the Participant’s rights to privacy and the confidentiality of personal information. The information provided will be used for the purposes of this Contest, in accordance with our Company Privacy Policy. While administrating the Contest we assure the following services:

1. a) recording revenue generated;
2. b) communicating information and offers to the Participant;
3. c) meeting Participant’s preferences and needs. Participant’s personal information is in possession of the Company; in case of transfer of business ownership Participant’s personal information will become an asset of the new owner.

The Participant is responsible for confidentiality of their password or identification to access their Participant’s Account. We do not incur liabilities of any loss that occur due to third party accessing the Participant’s Account using their password or identification.

2. Regulations

This Contest is open for everybody being enrolled in the ClickDealer Affiliate Program. To participate in the Contest, registration is required. The number of participants is unlimited. The Participant must be of legal age in the state or province of residence. The Participant bears full responsibility for discretion of their personal email, password and nickname.

Upon completion of the Contest the Participants who will generate the utmost revenue during the Contest time frames will get the Prize (as described in the Clause 3 (“Prizes”) of these T&C).

Revenue calculation will be based on actual revenue paid to the Participant by the Company (excluding chargebacks and refunds) based on the Participant’s current payment cycle.

We reserve the right in our sole discretion to cancel or refuse rewarding of Prize in the event of non-compliance with the Affiliate Terms and Conditions. We may also deactivate a Participant’s Account if we receive complaints from our clients, affiliates or publishers. The Participant must immediately notify us if they believe an account error has occurred.

3. Prizes

Participants who have not been disqualified for any reason, and who have accumulated the utmost revenue in the chosen categories will be awarded the Prize (a plan of rewards as scheduled and described hereinafter). For the avoidance of any doubt, the Participant should be expressly beforehand registered in the Contest. Registration as the Affiliate only is insufficient. All revenues generated before the registration date of the Affiliate as a Participant, will not be counted to Participant’s results and may not be used to get any awards.

The Prize is divided into three separate Stages each consists individual plan of rewards granted to Participants who:

Stage 1 “MGM Grand”:

Upon condition that during the period from October 15th, 2017 to November 15th, 2017 a Participant (first 10 winners only) generate US$ 50,000 in revenue and more, will be awarded to:

1. 1) Get a Free Pass for ASW 2018 (Max 2 per a winner)
2. 2) Be invited to our Exclusive ClickDealer ASW Party.

Stage 2 “Luxor”:

Upon condition that during the period from November 15th, 2017 to December 15th, 2017 a Participant (first 3 winners only) generate US$ 100,000 in revenue and more, will be awarded to:

1. 1) Get $2500 Cash
2. 2) Get a Free Pass for ASW 2018 (Max 2 per a winner)
3. 3) Get a service of personal concierge to help plan their route to Affiliate Summit West 2018
4. 4) To be invited to our Exclusive ClickDealer ASW Party

Stage 3 “Caesars Palace”:

Participant (1 winner only) that generate Max Revenue during the Contest Time Frame (det. Clause 4), will be allowed to:

1. 1) Get $5000 Cash
2. 2) Get a Free Pass for ASW 2018 (Max 2 per a winner)
3. 3) Get a service of personal concierge to help plan their route to Affiliate Summit West 2018
4. 4) Flights & Hotel (3 Nights) for 2 to Vegas *
5. 5) Be a VIP Guest at our Exclusive ClickDealer ASW Party

All other expenses that are not listed above are the Participant’s responsibility, including local and ground transportation, telephone/Internet, meals, room-service charges, parking fees, and gratuities.

The Participants are responsible for all visa requirements and travel insurance. The Participants who need visa we recommend to start the process beforehand to prepare the necessary documentation and apply for visa in time.

Return ticket, networking pass and accommodation payment as awarded cannot be substituted with a cash equivalent.

Any penalties associated with changes made to any reservation following confirmation of booking will be the responsibility of the Winner.

4. Time Frames

The Contest starts at 00:01:00 Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) on October 15, 2017 and ends at 00:01:00 GMT on January 1, 2018. On Contest time frame termination, the Company shall announce the results and notify the winners of the contest within 5 (five) business days via email or telephone indicated during registration. Each Participant selected must confirm their acceptance of the Prize within 2 (two) business days of the receipt of the above-said notification.

5. Indemnification and Limitation of Liability

BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, PARTICIPANTS AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE AND HOLD HARMLESS THE COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL ALLEGED OR ACTUAL CLAIMS, ACTIONS, DEMANDS, LOSSES, SETTLEMENTS (WHETHER OR NOT LITIGATION IS COMMENCED), LIABILITIES AND DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, EXISTING NOW OR ARISING IN THE FUTURE (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, BODILY INJURY, PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, DISABILITY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE OR LOSS), COSTS AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES, COURT COSTS, SETTLEMENT AND DISBURSEMENTS) DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY ARISING OUT OF THEIR ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE COMPANY SERVICES, PARTICIPATION IN ANY PROMOTION-RELATED ACTIVITY, ACCESS TO THE PROMOTIONAL SITES AND PAGES, AND/OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROMOTION.

The Company accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or any other matter suffered by the Participant entering the Contest, including as a result of winning or not winning the Prize.

The Company is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Website users, human error, tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest, and we assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to the Participant’s account or web site. If for any reason the Contest or any element thereof in whole or in part is not capable of running as planned by reason of, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any other causes which we deem, in our sole opinion, could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest or any element thereof, we reserve the right at our sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend said promotion. The Company shall not be liable to the Participant or any other person for failure to execute the Contest, or any element thereof, by reason of any act of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, cyber-attacks, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labour or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any similar or dissimilar event beyond their reasonable control.

In no event will The Company, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies, its advertising or promotion agencies and/or all their respective officers, directors, employees, independent contractors, representatives and agents, be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your access to, and use of, any participating internet site(s), Contest or Company pages, or the downloading from and/or printing material downloaded from said site(s). Without limiting the foregoing, everything on this site is provided "AS IS” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions may not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages or exclusion of implied warranties and thus will not apply in those jurisdictions.

6. Termination, Changes and Breach

In case the Participant commits cheating or fraud, misrepresents any information, violates the Contest Terms and Conditions, or acts in any other way that may harm the Company or other Participants, we may terminate their enrollment in the Contest and/or delete Participant’s account.

7. General

These Terms and Conditions bring into force the agreement between the Company and the Participant for participation in the Contest and receipt of the Prize. Except as expressly contained in these Terms and Conditions, no other conditions, representations, warranties or otherwise apply. We are the final authority as to the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions and unless we otherwise elect, any dispute regarding these Terms and Conditions is to be solved through arbitration outside of court. Unless stated otherwise, any dispute regarding these Terms and Conditions shall be referred to and finally determined, to the exclusion of the courts, by a single arbitrator in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration. Each party is responsible for its own expenses and shall equally share the filing and other administrative fees. The Contest, all rules and Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the England and Wales.

By participating in the Contest, the Participant agrees to the processing of their personal data, as well as acknowledging the fact that their personal data may be transferred to third parties both for the purposes of this Contest and also for the uses described in our Privacy Policy and our Affiliate Terms and Conditions.
